This cookie is dedicated to the memory of my beautiful bride who I lost in 2021.  A sweet person suggested I make this cookie in her honor.  I'm so grateful for the suggestion and the many memories that come flooding back just remembering how happy she was when I gave her these cookies as a gift.  I hope you get the chance to make the love of your life feel special either with a small token of affection like this cookie or something else that reminds you of your special love for one another.  Have a wonderful Valentines Day.
